30 days hassle-free returns on all unworn items

Returns Policy

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Return

Contact Us
Email us at returns@budoside.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll confirm eligibility within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item
Repack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number inside the parcel.

Ship It Back
Send the item to the address provided in our return confirmation email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty.

Refund or Exchange
Once received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we'll process your refund or exchange. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We recommend placing a new order for the correct size and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures the fastest turnaround and that your preferred size stays in stock.

Faulty or incorrect items? If you received a defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.
